Terms and Conditions

We love painting our products as much as people love receiving them, and we wish to make our experience with you as awesome as possible. We will try our best to make this happen, as we value your appreciation and support!

As all of our products are hand painted with tender love and care, to blow your beautiful minds in the most dazzling of ways, it may take up to two weeks for us to paint, prepare, and screen print your items. If an item is expected to take longer, we will email you at the address provided.

Payments and Payment Types:

We accept all major Credit Cards as well as PayPal.

Cancellations must be made within three days of placing the purchase order (if order has not yet been shipped). Custom orders may be subject to a cancellation fee after three days, the amount of which is dependent on the type of custom order.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 3-5 business days. Some exceptions on the deadline may be made, however, if the situation dictates. This can be discussed via email at Contact@BLVisuals.com.

For returns, exchanges, and refunds, please email us at Contact@BLVisuals.com and state your order number, name, and reason for return.

• If you are sending an item back due to a defect or any other mistake on our behalf, please notify and send photos via email. We will provide a printable return shipping label.
• If you are returning an item for any other reasons, ill fitting, etc. Black Light Visuals is not responsible for providing return shipping.
  
• Please keep in mind that our items are individually painted, so shipping items that are returned or exchanged due to inexact portions of specific colors will not be covered by Black Light Visuals.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders can be made through the Custom Order tab. Please be sure to follow all of the listed instructions, and fill out the custom order form entirely. If you have any questions about different material types, please email us at Contact@BLVisuals.com.

Custom items will be rejected or returned at cost to the sender if:

• Materials will not paint properly, are waterproofed or water resistant, or do not abide by the size and color restrictions described in the Important Information section of the Custom Order process
• Payment is not made within one week of the item's arrival
• Customer information is incomplete on the Printable Custom Form, or the form is not included with the sent item
• Items are directly shipped from another supplier without prior approval by Black Light Visuals
  

Please note that since BLVisuals is not supplying fabric and materials for mail-in customs, we are not responsible for any items that do not take the paint as well as our own supplied clothing and fabrics. For items such as hoodies, long-sleeved shirts, and pants, keep in mind that it is not possible for us to completely flatten the material, and it will fold and create small blank stripes in creases where the paint will not adhere.
